Yanling Wang is an Assistant Professor of Digital Design in the School of Design, College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning at the University of Cincinnati. She worked professionally as a product designer and a web designer before she joined UC. Wang is the co-author of the book 100 Product Designers in 100 Years. Her works have been published by professional design journals, peer-review journal, and conference proceedings. She has presented in various national and international conferences, and received research funding from both internal and external resources. Her research interests include wayfinding, information visualization, and the integration of product design and interaction design for better user experience.
